Four-cylinder Camrys (2AZ-FE) only have one bank, so only P0171 is possible. On V6 Camrys (1MZ-FE/2GR-FE), seeing only P0171 usually points to a bank-specific issue like a rear intake gasket leak rather than a MAF problem, which would normally affect both banks.
Can a dirty air filter cause P0171 on a Toyota?
