Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit — High Input
What P0223 means
P0223 means the second (redundant) throttle-position or accelerator-pedal sensor is sending a higher-than-normal voltage. Because the ECM relies on these sensors to know how far the throttle is open, it will often cut power or go to limp mode for safety.

- Surging idle or stalling
